Refunds and Credit processing

Credit will be applied to the original payment method used to purchase the products. This will normally be processed within five working days after your items have been received and approved.

It is not possible for a refund to be applied to another payment method - it must be the original payment card, Paypal account or Viking account used to buy the product.

Delivery charge

We can only refund or credit the delivery charge if all products within your order are being returned.
