The easiest way to arrange a collection is to start a return online .
Information you need to provide
We will need to know which items you want to return, the reason for returning and where you would like the items to be collected from.
Please note that we cannot currently collect from a Parcel Motel.
Ensuring a successful collection
Please let us know how many boxes or parcels need to be collected so that our carrier can prepare the correct number of return labels.
Once it has been confirmed that your items will be collected, please follow these steps:
- Place a copy of the original invoice or packing slip with your items
- Seal the items ready for collection, preferably in the original box or parcel. Return labels will be provided by the carrier when they arrive.
- Ensure someone is available to hand over the packages to the carrier.
Please note: our carrier will be unable to complete the collection if the number of parcels you have told us is incorrect.
When will my items be collected?
Collections are normally arranged for the next working day, between 9am and 5pm. Return requests received after 3pm will normally be collected within two working days. We are currently unable to provide a specific collection time slot.
Items shipped directly from our suppliers may require additional time for collection, and collection times may vary depending on the supplier.
Furniture and other bulky or heavy items may also require additional time for collection, as a special collection may need to be arranged.
