Choosing the Right Label Material

For everyday printing, paper labels offer the best printability at the lowest cost. If a label needs to survive moisture, handling or outdoor use, a durable PVC or heavy-duty label with water resistance is the safer choice. Need help weighing up material, size and adhesive? Labels by Printer Type

Match the label to your machine: inkjet labels and laser printer labels come on A4 label sheets for desktop printing, while self-adhesive label rolls suit dedicated label printers for higher volumes.

Labels by Use

What's the difference between paper and PVC labels?

Paper labels are cheaper and print sharply — ideal for everyday indoor use. PVC labels are water- and tear-resistant, better for outdoor, industrial or heavy-handling applications.

Which labels work with my printer?
