Leitz Hanging Portable Hot Desk Organiser Bag with Handle 38 x 19 x 30 cm Dark Grey 61990089

Smart hanging storage that clears valuable desk space

Space is often at a premium in shared work environments. The hanging organiser frees the surface of a desk while keeping essential items within reach, making it suitable for coworking spaces and hotdesk offices where workstations are frequently reconfigured. Its suspended design means desktop clutter is reduced without sacrificing accessibility, so documents and everyday tools remain organised and immediately available during a short booking or hotdesk session.

Durable mixed‑material build for everyday use

Constructed from felt, metal and wood, the organiser combines a soft touch with structural stability. Felt panels protect contents and reduce noise when inserting or removing items. Metal fittings provide reliable shape retention for repeated hanging, while wooden elements introduce subtle rigidity and a refined finish. The materials balance tactile appeal with durability to withstand continual movement and daily handling in a busy shared environment.

Compact footprint that fits common workstations

Designed with a compact footprint of 380 × 190 × 300 mm (W × D × H), the organiser suits typical desk depths and leaves room for keyboards or docking stations. Dimensions are kept modest so the unit hangs neatly without obstructing legroom or screen positions. Its dark grey colour integrates with neutral office palettes and reduces visual distraction in open-plan layouts.

Lightweight portability and simple mobility between desks

Weighing 1,200 g, the organiser remains light enough to move between workspaces. An integrated handle helps transfer the piece quickly when switching desks or relocating within a suite. The low mass and hanging format support agile working patterns, enabling fast setup and tidy storage without tools or fixed installations.

Practical delivery contents and immediate usability

Included in delivery: the Leitz portable hanging organiser with handle in dark grey (61990089). The item arrives ready to hang and use, allowing immediate integration into existing desk layouts. The form factor accommodates everyday accessories and correspondence typically kept at hand in shared offices.

Tailored for shared and flexible work settings

Conceptualised for hotdesking and coworking environments, the desk organiser suits operators seeking compact, mobile storage that supports transient occupancy. The combination of practical dimensions, robust materials and a transportable design positions the organiser as a discreet, functional solution for efficient desk sharing and orderly, flexible workspaces.
