Delivery costs

For the UK Mainland all orders* over £49.00 (excl VAT) are delivered free. For orders under £49.00, a delivery charge of £2.90 (excl VAT) will be added.

For the Channel Islands and offshore UK destinations all orders over £150.00 (excl VAT) are delivered free. For orders under £150.00, a delivery charge of £10.00 (excl VAT) will be added.

Where partial deliveries are made the overall delivery charge is also calculated based on the total amount (excl. VAT) of your order.

*Some of our direct shipped items have an additional delivery charge.

UK Mainland:

Northern Ireland

Exceptions: 2 day delivery: Aberdeen, Inverness, Kilmarnock, Dundee and Truro. 3-5 day delivery: Scottish Highlands, Channel Islands and other offshore islands.

For some products which are delivered directly from the supplier, such as some furniture, a different delivery time may apply. This information is listed alongside the relevant products on this website or in our catalogues.

The next possible delivery date is displayed during the online order and within the order confirmation.

Credit card

We accept all of the major credit and debit cards. Your transactions and personal data will be held in a PCIDSS accredited system using secure encryption technologies.


We are happy to accept PayPal payments.

PayPal is an online payment service that allows you to pay for items in online stores. You will need to register via PayPal to use this option. Please note that it is only possible to pay with PayPal at the point of order.

Invoice/Viking Account

An e-mail notification of sign up is sent after your first order is invoiced.

You are registered for our electronic billing on the invoice account portal, you will receive your invoice by e-mail together with a link where you can manage your account online. Payment is due in cleared funds on the due date usually within 30 days.

Payment can be made via Debit/credit/charge card on your online customer invoice account portal.
