A USB Y Training lead which allows two headset wears to be connected to one handset. One user will have two-way communication, while the supervisor/trainer will be able to listen to the call. A ‘built-in’ rocker switch will allow the supervisor/trainer to come into the call with two-way communication as and when needed. The Perfect lead for one to one ‘telephone call’ training. The BL-11 USB lead connects to a PC/Laptop/desk phone via a USB port on and allows you to connect two Quick Disconnect headsets. JPL’s Quick Disconnect is compatible with JPL and Plantronics QD corded Headsets.
