Description
A 'Y' Training lead which allows two headset wears to be connected to one handset. One user will have two-way communication, while the supervisor/trainer will be able to listen to the call. A ‘built-in’ rocker switch will allow the supervisor/trainer to come into the call with two-way communication as and when needed. The Perfect lead for one to one ‘telephone call’ training. The lead fits between a Quick Disconnect (QD) bottom cable and QD headset(s). JPL’s Quick Disconnect is compatible with JPL and Plantronics QD corded Headsets. Please consult the JPL compatibility guide for the correct bottom lead for your desk phone.
