The BL-053+PC is a Plug & Play ‘Software Last’ USB Type-C ‘Quick Disconnect’ bottom lead. Featuring Volume +/- and mute functions. There is no need for any software for this bottom lead to work. It’s completely ‘plug and play’. Connect your QD headset to the lead, insert into the USB port, and you’re all set. The ‘Quick Disconnect’ (QD) connection allows you to leave your headset on at all times and quickly disconnect from the bottom cable, when you need to walk away from your desk. For example: this will automatically put the call ‘on hold’ while the user speaks to their supervisor/colleague. The QD can be disconnected thousands of times without any wear to the connections.
