HP OfficeJet Pro 9734 Wide Format All-in-One Printer A3 Colour Inkjet 22/18 ppm Wi-Fi C2WH2B

Fast, business‑grade output that keeps operations moving

Built for small offices, the HP OfficeJet Pro 9734 wide‑format all‑in‑one printer delivers 22 pages per minute in mono and 18 pages per minute in colour, reducing wait times for everyday documents and client‑facing prints; the monthly duty cycle of 30,000 pages provides a clear performance band for regular, sustained use. Memory is expandable up to 512 MB, supporting complex print jobs without slowdown, and the inkjet print technology balances colour fidelity with efficient text reproduction.

Produce A3 layouts and automatic two‑sided copies in a single device

Thanks to A3 maximum paper support and automatic double‑sided printing, large spreadsheets, posters and professional‑style brochures can be produced in one pass, while borderless printing enables edge‑to‑edge images for presentation materials. The device accepts up to 500 sheets across two input trays, which reduces intervention for busy schedules and streamlines batch printing.

Networked interfaces and a clear colour touchscreen for quick control

Network compatibility is provided via a dedicated Ethernet port alongside Hi‑Speed USB host and device connections; the unit supports the HP app and supplied printer drivers for common workflows. A 4.3‑inch capacitive colour touchscreen provides direct access to core functions and job status, while the HP PCL3 GUI printer language ensures consistent communication with office systems.

High‑definition scanning and accurate reproduction for records and visuals

The scanner offers up to 1,200 x 1,200 dpi optical resolution and the printer matches that with 1,200 x 1,200 dpi print resolution, producing finely detailed scans and high‑quality colour prints suitable for graphics and client documents. Copies are handled at 600 x 600 dpi, a resolution level appropriate for clear text duplication and routine document archiving.

Document handling and delivery contents that simplify deployment

An automatic document feeder is included for multi‑page scanning and copying, while the 500‑sheet paper capacity and two supported input trays accommodate mixed media runs with minimal handling. The delivery contains the HP OfficeJet Pro 9734 wide‑format all‑in‑one printer, setup ink cartridges, a power cord, and a setup guide with regulatory information, providing the essential items required to bring the device into service.

Optimised for small offices and shared workspaces

This OfficeJet Pro model is targeted at small office environments where mixed A4/A3 printing, networked operation and moderate monthly volumes are required; the white finish and compact footprint of 581 mm width, 467 mm depth and 386 mm height enable installation on shared worktables or office furniture without dominating the workspace. Ethernet connectivity and a high monthly duty cycle position the unit as a practical choice for teams needing flexible, reliable document production.
