HP OfficeJet Pro 9730 Wide Format All-in-One Printer A3 Colour Inkjet 22/18 ppm Wi-Fi C2WH0B

Efficient, professional printing for busy small offices

The HP OfficeJet Pro 9730 wide-format all-in-one printer combines colour inkjet performance with workplace throughput designed for small office environments. Print speed is 22 ppm in mono and 18 ppm in colour. Automatic double-sided printing reduces paper use and speeds routine jobs. Memory capacity of 512 MB supports complex print files and helps maintain steady output during multi-page tasks.

A3 and borderless output to reduce outsourcing

Large-format capability up to A3 enables internal production of spreadsheets, posters and presentation materials that would otherwise require external printing. Borderless printing is supported for edge-to-edge graphics. Print resolution of 1,200 x 1,200 dpi delivers crisp text and fine detail for marketing collateral, while scan resolution of 1,200 x 1,200 dpi preserves image clarity when digitising originals.

Networked workflows with a clear, responsive control panel

Built-in Ethernet and network compatibility allow integration into an office network for shared access. USB host and device ports provide local connections. The 4.3-inch capacitive colour touchscreen presents an intuitive control surface for copying, scanning and direct print commands. Software support includes the HP app and standard printer drivers for straightforward setup and routine management.

Large paper capacity with a compact footprint

A paper capacity of 500 sheets and support for two input trays reduce the frequency of refills during busy periods. Dimensions of 581 mm (W) x 467 mm (D) x 386 mm (H) create a compact footprint suited to a multifunction station. Weight is 19.5 kg, reflecting robust construction that remains manageable for standard office placement.

Designed for sustained monthly workloads and multifunction use

A rated monthly print volume of 30,000 pages positions this unit for sustained use in a small office setting. Combined print, copy and scan functions, together with an automatic document feeder, streamline multi-page tasks and batch processing. Maximum copy resolution is 600 x 600 dpi, providing consistent reprographic quality for internal distribution.
