GPC Heavy Duty Door Mat 900 x 1500 mm Grey

Built for heavy daily use in busy entrances

The COBA Europe WH-0003-GREY mat is engineered for heavy duty office environments, offering robust performance where footfall is constant. Its construction sustains prolonged use without compromising form, while the grey finish provides a neutral appearance that complements professional interiors. The waffle pattern actively scrapes debris from soles, helping to keep adjacent flooring cleaner for longer.

Holds moisture and traps dirt to reduce slip risks

The mat holds 5.4 litres of water per m2, providing a measurable buffer against tracked moisture during wet weather. Channels within the waffle pattern collect water and coarse dirt, preventing immediate spread across floor surfaces and simplifying interim cleaning. This capacity reduces the frequency of wet floor hazards in entrances and circulation zones.

Lipped edges and rubber backing for safer movement

Lipped edges reduce tripping at threshold points, creating a smoother transition between surfaces and lowering the likelihood of catches at the perimeter. A rubber backing prevents slips by stabilising the mat underfoot, so the covering remains stationary even in high-traffic situations. Together, these features address two common safety concerns in public and commercial spaces.

Practical dimensions and discreet commercial styling

Dimensions: 1500 mm x 900 mm. The rectangular shape suits reception areas, corridors and workroom thresholds where coverage and a low visual profile are required. The basic colour grey blends with most floor finishes and soft furnishings, making the mat a subtle yet functional element in workplace design. The specification supports efficient placement where protection and appearance must coexist.

Low-effort upkeep and dependable daily performance

The waffle surface concentrates dirt and moisture in defined pockets, which aids routine maintenance and preserves the look of surrounding areas. Durable materials and design choices target longevity and consistent behaviour under repeated cleaning and heavy usage. The mat thus serves as a practical floor protection solution for offices, communal workspaces and public access points.
