Description
The ATEN KVMP Switch CS1922 delivers advanced desktop KVM switching technology to meet growing demands for higher video quality and faster data transfer speeds on modern computers. It supports 4K resolution, features a next‑generation USB 3.1 Gen 1 hub with SuperSpeed data transfer rates of up to 5 Gbps, and offers enhanced, user‑friendly operation.
As a KVM switch, the CS1922 enables access to two DisplayPort computers from a single USB keyboard, USB mouse and monitor console. It offers flexible switching via front‑panel pushbuttons, mouse switching or hotkeys, allowing easy access to any connected computer.
The independent switching feature allows KVM control to operate on one computer while USB peripherals are connected to another. This removes the need for a separate USB hub or standalone peripheral‑sharing devices such as print servers or modem splitters.
The CS1922 allows audio sharing from each connected computer, delivering high‑definition audio transmitted via DisplayPort for an enhanced listening experience. DisplayPort Dual‑Mode (DP++) technology also supports HDMI and DVI signals when used with a DisplayPort‑to‑HDMI or DVI DP++ adaptor.
Computer selection is available via front‑panel pushbuttons, hotkeys and mouse switching. Multi‑Stream Transport (MST) enables multiple monitors to be connected through a single DisplayPort connector.
Supports superior video quality: 4K UHD (3840 x 2160 @ 60 Hz) and 4K DCI (4096 x 2160 @ 60 Hz); 2-port USB 3.1 Gen 1 hub with SuperSpeed 5 Gbps data transfer rates.
