How do I return an item?
When the item you received does not meet your needs, it is easy to return.
We offer a free return within 30 days.
You can return your item when:
- The item does not meet your expectations;
- The item was delivered damaged.
You can request the collection yourself online in three easy steps.
Go to My Account - Return items.
Step 2: Select the item(s), quantity and return reason and click on “proceed to collection address”.
Step 3: Enter the collection address and number of packages for collection and click “proceed to review”. To submit your return click the blue button “complete return request”.
A confirmation email will be sent to you once we receive your return request.
It is also possible contact our customer service team to arrange a collection.
When returning an item, please make sure that it is in a good condition, unassembled and in its original packaging. If the items are not in a state where they can be resold, it may not be possible to accept the return.
At the time of collection the driver will have a returns label. You do not need to add an address label to the return package.
