A hard drive allows you to increase the storage capacity of your device. Using an external drive means that you can take your work with you on the go, and also make use of multiple hard drives simultaneously. Portable hard drives are efficiently, convenient and affordable!

  

We stock both HDD and SSD drives. A HDD drive is often cheaper and offers a higher data storage amount, often up to 1 - 10 TB. A HDD works by writing data to a moving hard disk. This does make them better suited for static use, as being moved whilst in use can sometimes increase the risk of data loss. An SSD drive is often quicker, smaller and lighter. They can also be used whilst on the move, making them perfect for working on a train or shared work space. Solid-state drives are often a little more expensive, but are the more efficient storage device.

  

Our selection of hard drives are perfect for use either with a static PC or portable laptop. Easy to connect either via a USB cable or USB-C port, these portable disk drives are ideal for storing in a work bag for when you need them most. If you're commuting to work, university or other environment, you can take your whole workspace with you with ease!
