How do I return an item?

When the item you received does not meet your needs, it is easy to return.
We offer a free return within 30 days.
You can return your item when:

  • The product was ordered incorrectly.
  • The item does not meet your expectations.
  • The item was delivered damaged.
  • The item is not restricted to be returned. A list of not restricted items you can find here.

You can request the collection yourself online in three easy steps. 

Go to My Account - Return items.

Step 1: Select the order containing the item(s) you would like to return and start the return by clicking the blue return button:

Step 2: Select the item(s), quantity and return reason and click on “proceed to collection address”.

Step 3: Enter the collection address and number of packages for collection and click “proceed to review”. To submit your return click the blue button “complete return request”.

A confirmation email will be sent to you once we receive your return request.

It is also possible contact our customer service team to arrange a collection.

When returning an item, please make sure that it is in a good condition, unassembled and in its original packaging. If the items are not in a state where they can be resold, it may not be possible to accept the return.
At the time of collection the driver will have a returns label. You do not need to add an address label to the return package.

Please note: Items shipped directly from our suppliers may be subject to different rules for returns. This will depend on the individual supplier's returns and collection policy. If you are returning these items, the approval process and collection timescales may very from those offered by Viking.
