Our customer support is available every working day between 8am and 4pm.
Will I receive a delivery note?
For deliveries from our warehouses, we do not provide delivery notes. Instead, a picking list is enclosed in the package, showing all items included in the box. Unfortunately, we are not able to provide copies of picking lists after delivery.
For items that are shipped in the original packaging from the supplier, no documents are added.
Please note:
Items marked as "Shipped directly from supplier" will be delivered with the supplier’s own packing slip and delivery documents. These may differ in appearance, as well as the packaging.
