I have received the wrong item, what should I do?

When you received an item that is different from the one you ordered or expected, you can easily arrange a collection online in three easy steps via My Account - Return item.

Step 1: Select the order containing the item(s) you would like to return and start the return by clicking the blue return button.
Step 2: Select the item(s), quantity and return reason and click on “proceed to collection address”.
Step 3: Enter the collection address and number of packages for collection and click “proceed to review”. To submit your return click the blue button “complete return request”.

After arranging your return, you can place a new order online.

It is also possible to arrange your collection and reorder via our customer service.
