How and when do I receive a credit?
When you have returned your items, you will receive a credit within two weeks after the return. If you paid by invoice or cheque, your credit will show on the balance of your Viking account and it can be used on future orders or refunded to you via BACS. If you paid by credit card, your credit will be refunded back to you in 3-5 working days, after the return is showing in our system, depending on the bank.
You will receive the credit note via email when you make use of the invoice portal. If you do not, you will receive the credit note via mail.
