Can I return items myself?

When the item you received does not meet your needs, you can arrange the return in three easy steps via My Account - return item.

Step 1: Select the order containing the item(s) you would like to return and start the return by clicking the blue return button.
Step 2: Select the item(s), quantity and return reason and click on “proceed to collection address”.
Step 3: Enter the collection address and number of packages for collection and click “proceed to review”. To submit your return click the blue button “complete return request”.

Please do not send goods back to our warehouse independently.
