Free Installation

For selected lines of furniture, our professional assemblers will take the effort of assembling furniture out of your hands.

We will deliver and set up your furniture at no extra cost.

Our fitters will assemble the furniture in your office according to your instructions and they will even take all the rubbish away with them! Please see the Product Information against each item of furniture for availability of this service.

This service is not available for deliveries to the Scottish Highlands and the Republic of Ireland outside of Dublin.

Returns Information

If you are dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason, just contact us and we will be glad to assist you.

Whatever the problem, we will stay with it until it is resolved and you are satisfied. If your goods are damaged upon delivery, please mark 'damaged' on the driver's delivery receipt and keep the box and packing.

Order History & Tracking

Customers who have set up an account at Viking Direct can use our order history feature, a powerful and easy way to refer to a chronological record of your purchases.

Order history will show you all the online orders that you have placed with us. To see more information about a particular order, click on the Detail link besides each order. Selecting a single order record from the list displays the details of the online transaction, including shipping and billing information, quantities, product numbers, descriptions, and prices.

How to redeem voucher codes

Please enter your discount/voucher code in the Optional Information section found at step 2 of the checkout process.

Free Gifts with your orders

If you would like to add a free gift to your order all you need to do is: Click on the free gift image on our homepage or Click "Order by Viking Number" and enter the Viking number and quantity.

Collecting Nectar Points

If you are already registered with Nectar for Business, you can start collecting points with Viking by clicking here. You will need to be logged in first. All you have to do to start collecting Nectar points is to enter your 19 digit Nectar account number in the box.

Using Your Welcome Code

To use your welcome code (this will usually start with QY followed by a series of four digits) you will need to enter it here. You can then enter your code on the Welcome page in the box and then click on continue.

Checkout

Once you have added all your required products to your trolley, you can proceed to the checkout to process your order, click on Checkout.

Order Verification

On the Please Review Your Order page, you have an opportunity to check your order once more prior to approving a charge to your credit/charge card or PayPal to pay for your merchandise or to confirm the invoice amount.

Please review all product items and quantities, invoice, payment method and delivery information.When you are satisfied that all order information is correct, click on Place Order.

Order Confirmation

This page verifies that we have received your order. To review the order from the order confirmation page, click Order History. We will send you an order confirmation by email immediately upon order submission to the email address we have registered to your online account.

Please can you check that your email address is correct.

Forgotten Login Details

Retrieving your Password

To receive email an notification of your password, complete the form by clicking here and we will email your password to the email address registered to your online account.

Retrieving your Login Name

If you have forgotten your login name please contact us with the following information: Your Account Number, Your Address, Your Telephone Number, Your Email address registered to your account. We will then email your login name to you.

What is Viking Print?

This is an online service which allows each customer to design, proof, order and re-order a selection of printed products online just as they can with regular products.

Deliveries

Delivery times will vary by product, but all times quoted are from approval of artwork. Most products ordered on our online service usually take up to 7 working days from proof approval.
