Viking Affiliate Program

The scheme is absolutely FREE to join and you'll earn commission on sales generated from your site.
We are offering a commission rate of up to 7% on all sales you generate with a 30 day cookie period.

How do you get started

You can sign up to the Viking affiliate program through TradeDoubler or Webgains.

Once accepted onto the program you can download the product feed, banners and promotions from the network interface.

Viking is one of the UK's largest office supplies retailer to businesses in the UK, offering access to thousands of products at low prices exclusive website offers and deals, and access to our end-of-line clearance centre. 0 - £999 of net sales within a calendar month = 4% commission
£1000 - £2999 of net sales within a calendar month = 5% commission
£3000+ of net sales within a calendar month = 7% commission
The cookie duration on the Viking program is 30 days.

Specific terms that affiliates must agree to before signing up with Viking's programme

1) Affiliates agree not to use the links to the Viking website set up under the programme for the intention and purpose of purchasing their own office supplies. 2) Definitions: - Sales. These are net sales (i.e. gross sales less VAT, credit rejections and returned goods).

- New customer is a customer that is brand new to Viking and has not been merged into an existing customer account.

- Commission is the percentage amount paid on sales

Viking PPC Restrictions

No Brand Bidding. Brand bidding on this program is prohibited and any affiliates found to be doing so will be removed from the program. Any commission made on these sales will not be paid by the merchant. Viking would like to inform its affiliates that it is restricting affiliates bidding on brand terms on all search engines. This includes any terms Viking, viking at home, vikingdirect, viking office supplies, vikingathome, viking including all misspellings. Affiliates are prohibited from using Brand with Generic Terms The term 'Brand Keywords' includes variations and misspells and typo's of the brand (i.e. fiking). Affiliates are not permitted to bid on Viking keyword terms or any variation or misspelling as all variations are considered as 'Brand terms' and Summit Media have the authority to withdraw all commissions earned in this manner if affiliates are found to be 'Brand-bidding'

Display URLs.

It is important to note that affiliates must not use the display URL of (http://www.viking-direct.co.uk, http://www.vikingathome.co.uk, www.viking.com, www.vikingdirect.ie including any variation of the above eg w.viking-direct.co.uk, ww.viking-direct.co.uk,etc. Any affiliate using this display URL may be removed from the programme. Affiliates may not use trademarks term as a subdomain in their URL e.g. www. Viking.AffiliateSite.com Affiliates must use their own website which can include trademarks in the sub folders of the display URL e.g. www.AffiliateSite.com/ Viking.
