Delivery Information
We offer a next day delivery service.
All deliveries are free for orders over £36. Orders below £36 will incur a
small delivery charge of £3.48. For the Channel Islands and other offshore
islands, please add £11.50 for delivery. Some items, such as furniture,
may require additional delivery time.
Delivery service to Aberdeen,
Inverness, Kilmarnock, Dundee, Truro, Highlands, Channel Islands,
Northern Ireland
and other offshore islands may take up to 10 working days.

All orders will need signing for on delivery so please ensure that someone
is able to accept the order. Please note we do not deliver to PO Box addresses.
Furniture
Delivery
Most furniture items
will be delivered to the UK Mainland within 5 working days.*
Shipped Factory Direct items, such as Reception Furniture, may take
up to 10 working days to deliver.*
Most Deliveries to the Scottish Highlands and Northern Ireland will
be within 10-14 working days.*
* Unfortunately we
are not able to deliver and assemble furniture to the following post
code areas:
TR21 -TR25, ZE, HS, JE, GY, IM, KW15 - KW17, IV41 -
IV49, IV51, IV55 - IV56, KA27 - KA28, PA38 - PA78, PH42, PH43, PH44,
TD15.
FREE
Professional Installation
For selected lines of furniture, our professional assemblers will
take the effort of assembling furniture
out of your hands. We will deliver and set up your furniture at no
extra cost. Our fitters will assemble the furniture in your office
according to your instructions and they will even take all the rubbish
away with them!
Please see the Product Information against each item of
furniture for availability of this service.
This service is not available for deliveries to the Scottish Highlands
and the Republic of Ireland outside of Dublin.
Returns - Damage - Problems
If you have any problems just
click here to contact us. Whatever the problem, we'll
stay with it until it's resolved and you're satisfied. If your goods
are damaged upon delivery, please mark 'damaged' on the driver's
delivery receipt, keep the box and packing and ring us on the above
number.
