How can I view my order history and what do the statuses mean?
In the "My Account" section, please click Order history. Here you will find all online orders associated with your customer number.
|order confirmed||Your order has been successfully received. A confirmation email is sent and we will process your order.|
|ordered at vendor||This part of your order is forwarded to the vendor and will be processed andsent out by them.|
|partially delivered||Your order is split into several shipments and a part of it has already been delivered.|
|order shipped||This part of your order has been transferred to the carrier and will be delivered shortly. In the shipment confirmation email and your online order history is a link attached to the carriers website for order tracking.*|
|delivered||Your order/ The item has been delivered.|
You will be informed of changes to your order status until it is delivered.
For split shipments we will let you know about each separately.
*For some items marked with the truck icon "Delivery information" the vendors do not provide us with a Track & Trace link.
From your order history the actual status can be displayed by clicking on "show details".
