What prices do you want to see?

Private customer

When you are a private customer, you can show all prices inclusive VAT.

Show incl VAT
Business customer

When you are a business customer, you probably can reclaim the VAT.

Show excl VAT

How can I view my order history and what do the statuses mean?

In the "My Account" section, please click Order history. Here you will find all online orders associated with your customer number.
 

Status

Meaning

order confirmedYour order has been successfully received. A confirmation email is sent and we will process your order.
ordered at vendorThis part of your order is forwarded to the vendor and will be processed andsent out by them.
partially deliveredYour order is split into several shipments and a part of it has already been delivered.
order shippedThis part of your order has been transferred to the carrier and will be delivered shortly. In the shipment confirmation email and your online order history is a link attached to the carriers website for order tracking.*
deliveredYour order/ The item has been delivered.


You will be informed of changes to your order status until it is delivered.
For split shipments we will let you know about each separately.

*For some items marked with the truck icon "Delivery information" the vendors do not provide us with a Track & Trace link.
From your order history the actual status can be displayed by clicking on "show details".
