What is a shopping list and how do I use it?
A shopping list is a list of items you order regularly. You can create different lists, for example for different departments. It is also possible to set a reminder email. You can create and maintain as many shopping lists as you like.
To add an item to the shopping list, you have to be logged on. Please click "Add to a list" on the product page. If you already have one or more shopping lists, you can select the desired list. Alternatively, you can create a new list by entering a list name and clicking "Add to new list".
It is also possible to add more than on item at the same time. Go to Order by Viking Number. Add the Viking numbers to the list and click on "Add to a list".
To use your personal shopping list, go to Shopping Lists. You have the option to create various lists, for example for different departments or product groups. For a more detailed description there is also an additional information field for each list available. It is possible at any time to rename, extend, reduce or even delete your lists. It is also possible to set a reminder for your shopping list. You will receive an email in your chosen frequency.
The shopping lists are connected to your login name. It is not possible to see or use lists which were created under a different user name for the same customer number.
