I get the message that my email address is already being used. What should I do?
Each email address can only be registered once.
If you get a message that your email address is already in use, please click on Forgot your password?. We will then email you a link to a page where you can create a new password for your existing customer account.
Alternatively, as a business customer you can register an additional email address for your existing customer account number.
This is not possible as a private customer.
