Anything that cannot be reused is disposed of in an environmentally responsible manner. Viking cares about environmental protection. We provide a return post paid labels and envelopes, to recycle ink and toner cartridges. This will help reduce waste and preserve our environment

  • All Office Depot Ink and Toner Cartridges are manufactured in an environmentally friendly manner.
  • Office Depot Toner Cartridges consist of at least 75% re-used parts.
  • Critical components are replaced including the drum, toner and cleaning blades.
  • Toner powder does not contain any toxic components in accordance with EU Directive 76/584/EEC.
  • The remanufacturing of Office Depot cartridges is carried out under section 65/66 of the UK Environmental Protection Act (EPA) 1990.
  • A special licence is held by Office Depot's manufacturing partner for storage and refurbishment of spent cartridges under UK 1994 Waste Management licensing regulations.
  • Recycled cartridges require 80% less energy than the manufacturing of new plastics.
