Things to Consider when Purchasing a Copier Machine

There are two different types of copiers on the market. Analogue and Digital. Digital has the benefit over analogue of improved copy reproduction and the ability to also act as your printer when linked to a PC

What does the Technology Mean?

CPM:
Copies per minute the higher the CPM the faster the machine produces copies. Average copies per minutes are based on 5% coverage industry standard business letter.

ADF:
Automatic document feeder improves job efficiency no need to manually feed each sheet of your document.

RSPF ADF:
Reversing single pass feed will make easy copying of double sided original by re-feeding the sheet back through your copier.

MULTICOPY:
The machine will copy a required number of copies of a document/page at any one time. Check machine for individual specification.

ENLARGE/REDUCTION:
The copier will have the facility to enlarge or reduce an image to your desired size.

2 IN 1, 4 IN 1:
This is usually a feature of the higher specification models, the copier has the ability to reduce 2 pages onto 1 or 4 pages onto 1 page.

SOPM:
Scan One Print too Many feature will scan your document once and store it in the memory for fast and efficient multi-copies of your document.

DUPLEX:
Fast 2 sided copies without the need to manually turn the sheet over.
